Our Mission
Maarg envisions an India where every citizen takes pride in their surroundings and walkability is a reality. We're building a platform where citizens report issues and we help get them fixed through social media and direct reporting to authorities.
Our Goal
We're starting with walkability - making footpaths safe, accessible, and usable. But we want to go further. Our goal is to become India's single platform for all civic issues - broken footpaths, potholed roads, garbage, water logging, street lighting, and more. Maarg will be the place where you report, track, and see issues get fixed.
We're also building a public dashboard with data, problem hotspots, and city rankings that anyone can access - whether you're a citizen checking your area, a researcher studying infrastructure, or a journalist investigating civic issues.

We post your reports on X with relevant hashtags and tag the right authorities. This helps get attention and action.

We escalate your reports through X campaigns, official government channels, and direct complaint systems to get results.
Persistent Follow-ups
We keep following up on reports until they're resolved. Regular reminders help ensure authorities take action.
Crowd-Sourced Data
